Rolling Stones Jagger Xmas Card 1963

A 1963 Christmas card autographed by Mick Jagger (signed as "Micky"). Mick Jagger has additionally addressed the accompanying envelope by hand to the recipient. The envelope is post-marked "22 Dec 1963" & was sent to Penny Hale, a young schoolgirl who met the Stones & whom Mick Jagger befriended (please see the statement of provenance attached - a copy will be provided with the sale).

According to the letter of provenance, Penny Hale was surprised to be asked at an job interview for the diplomatic service whether she had been Mick Jagger's girlfriend - given her low profile (she was a schoolgirl fan), this might suggest that Mick's mail was being monitored by the security services?

NB. We are always careful about the source of any autographed material (the majority of our autographs were sourced via Christie’s, Bonham’s & Frasers back in the 1990’s). We only offer autographed material which has been checked & is believed to be authentic. We reject 99% of autographs offered to us. Where there is particular provenance available, this is disclosed but if you have any questions, please ask us. a chaerming piece of early Mick Jagger Stones memorabilia.

Like everything sold on the website, we operate a no quibble money-back refund should items be returned to us within 14 days of purchase (items to be returned in the same condition in which they were sold).

A supplementary P&P charge will be required for overseas buyers.
